- Motion Spreadsheet and Record of Motions are two of the most recent threads discussing the value of tracking your association's decisions over time.
- Maintaining a decision ledger seems like it should be mandatory, yet many organizations fail to do so and instead sift through dozens of individual meeting minute records (yes, those are the official records, but they need not be the only reference point) in order to identify prior decisions, spending authorizations, etc.
